Contest Dates

The contest starts at 8:00 AM Central Time on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023; the contest ends at 10:00 AM Central Time on Friday, March 31st, 2023.

Entries

  • Receive ONE ENTRY for visiting any one of our offices during business hours. You can visit as many of our clinics you would like up to once per day.
  • Receive THREE ENTRIES for giving a Facebook Review. You can review all seven of our locations which you have not already reviewed. Reviews during the contest dates above are automatically entered.
  • Receive FIVE ENTRIES for leaving us a review on Google. You can review all seven of our locations which you have not already reviewed. Reviews during the contest dates above are automatically entered.
  • Receive TEN ENTRIES for referring a new patient. Once the patient shows up for their appointment during the contest dates above, you will be automatically entered. Cancellations, No-Shows, or Appointment Dates outside of the contest dates above do not qualify for entry.

Prizes

Win up to $1,200! At the end of the contest, each office will choose one entry at random to win a $100 gift card. After each one of our seven locations have submitted their winners to Dr. Rice, he will choose at random one of the seven winners to win an additional $500 gift card. The total able to be won is ($100 x 7) + ($500 x 1) = $1,200.

Other Terms and Conditions

No purchase of products or services is necessary. Entries cannot be made retroactively (IE: you forgot to enter during a previous visit to one of our offices). Entrants cannot enter other persons. Minor children who might win may not claim any winnings, but their parent or legal guardian may claim them. Winners have no more than one week to claim their winnings. Our offices will make at least three calls to the winners. Winners who do not claim their winnings within seven days forfeit their winnings and another winner is chosen. Winners have thirty days from the date they claim the winning to physically pick up their winnings. Winnings cannot be mailed or emailed. Winners who do not pick up their winnings forfeit their winnings and said winnings will be donated by Dr. Rob Rice to the charitable organization of his choosing.
