You’ll also receive a digital muscle scan that helps us understand the underlying causes of your condition.

Simply dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early if you haven’t completed our digital paperwork. We also offer traditional paper forms for those who prefer them. If you have recent X-rays or relevant medical records, feel free to bring them along.
